Personal Assistant

Your agent answers your customers.
When you call, it works for you.

Call your own business line from your cell and the agent greets you by name and becomes your personal assistant. It finds things, books things, calls people for you, checks on the business and reports back. Your customers keep getting your receptionist. Nothing changes for them.

Gets things done out in the world

  • Finds restaurants, shops, services and suppliers near you, with hours, prices and phone numbers.
  • Calls them for you: books the table, the appointment or the pickup, and asks whatever you need asked.
  • Calls suppliers, contractors, customers or anyone else you name, with your exact instructions.
  • Tells you how each one went the moment it ends.
  • Looks up anything on the web: weather, news, prices, directions, a phone number.

Runs your business from your cell

  • Reads you today's, tomorrow's or this week's appointments.
  • Goes through new messages with you and marks them handled.
  • Tells you who called while you were busy and what they wanted.
  • Checks open work orders and quotes.
  • Books customers in, creates work orders, and builds quotes from your price list and sends them.
  • Leaves notes and passes messages to your team.

Calls, texts and emails for you

  • Texts or emails anyone you ask, including you: a customer's details, today's bookings, a summary.
  • Calls customers and leads on your behalf and reports back.
  • Works a lead list: email it a list, say "call these and see if you can book them in", and it calls each one, books the interested ones and sends you a summary.

Reminders and anything later

  • "Call me in fifteen minutes and remind me to call the bank."
  • Reminders by phone call, text or email, at the time you say.
  • Schedules tasks for later: "Tomorrow at nine, call the supplier and confirm the delivery."

Reports and urgent alerts

  • A daily briefing at the time you choose, by text, email or a phone call.
  • A weekly report on the day and time you pick.
  • Urgent alerts right away when a caller has an emergency or there's a problem with a client.

Changes what your callers hear

  • "Tell callers we're closed today for the snow." Your receptionist tells callers for as long as you set, then goes back to normal.
  • Owner away, running late, closing early: one sentence from you and callers hear it.

Reach it however suits you.

CallPhone your business line from your cell. It greets you by name and the time of day.
TextText the line from your cell and it handles the request and texts you back.
EmailEmail the agent's inbox and it does the work and replies in the thread.

Every request, what it did and how it went is kept in your portal under Personal Assistant. Set it up there in a couple of minutes.

    Before the call

Reads the resume. Builds the plan.

    • Upload the candidate's resume in the portal and pick the position.
    • It reads the resume and builds a question plan for that role: six to ten questions about the candidate's own experience.
    • Each question comes with what a strong answer looks like and what to probe.
    • A quick public-web background check covers past employers, news and online presence, and only you see it.
    • Write positions yourself, or draft them with AI from the job title and edit before saving.
  2. 2

    On the call

    A real first-round interview.

    • The candidate calls your interview line whenever it suits them. Nothing to schedule, no no-shows on your calendar.
    • It greets them, confirms who they are, and runs a 10 to 15 minute interview, with room to go up to 45.
    • Follow-up questions come from their answers, about their own past work, tied to their resume.
    • If something doesn't line up with the resume or an earlier answer, it gently circles back.
    • It asks what they want in their next role, availability, start date, hours and pay hoped for, and notes it without comment.
    • It answers their questions about your company from your own information, and leaves pay, offers and decisions to you.
    • Call dropped or had to step away? They call back and it picks up where it left off. On hold, it waits quietly.
  3. 3

    After the call

A scored report in your portal.

    • An overall score out of 100 and a verdict: Strong fit, Fit, Maybe or Not a fit.
    • Scores on six areas, each backed by quotes from the call.
    • Strengths and weaknesses, anything that didn't line up and how the candidate explained it.
    • Their stated expectations: role, availability, start date, hours and pay.
    • The full recording and transcript.
    • Track every candidate by status, re-score, retry or archive. Good report? Book the second round with a person.

Agent email inbox

Every agent gets its own email address.

Something like emma@inbox.realvoice.io. Customers write to it, your team forwards it anything, and it handles the email with everything it can do on a call. Turn it on from the agent's page. Nothing to install.

Fwd: Furnace making a banging noise

Can you get this one booked? Customer is Lisa Chen, 42 Birch Cres, 905-555-0147. Wants someone this week, mornings only.

EmmaRe: Fwd: Furnace making a banging noise

Done. Lisa Chen is booked for Thursday at 9:00 am at 42 Birch Cres, and she has a text confirmation. I opened a high-priority work order for the furnace noise so the tech sees it before the visit.

Customers email it directly

Booking requests, quote requests, questions. It answers the way it would on a call, from your own information.

Your team forwards it anything

Forward a customer's email and it treats it as a task: it acts on the details and reports back to whoever sent it.

It does the work, not just a reply

Books the appointment, takes a message, opens a work order, builds a quote, alerts the team or emails the customer.

It answers in the same thread

Replies come from the agent's own address, in the same conversation, saying exactly what it did.

You see every conversation

The Emails page shows each thread, what the agent did and what it sent. Close a conversation and it stops answering.

Screened for tricks and email loops

Every email is screened like a call or a text for suspicious instructions. Auto-replies, bounces and mailing lists are not answered.

Capabilities

Everything your agent can do.

Beyond the call itself: texts, email, your portal, your team and your setup. Turn on what fits your business and leave the rest off. Booking, transfers and texts are included in every price; see pricing.

Answering calls

  • Picks up on the first ring, 24/7.
  • Answers many callers at the same time, so busy hours don't become a busy signal.
  • Keep your number by forwarding it, or get new local and toll-free numbers.
  • Recognises returning callers by their number, with their name and upcoming appointments.
  • When it can't confirm an answer, it takes the details or transfers the call, to any phone, including a cell.
  • After-hours rules: take a message, or forward urgent calls to whoever is on call.

Making calls

  • Calls people for you: tell your Personal Assistant who to call and what to get done.
  • Follows up on quotes you hand it.
  • Works through a list of leads and books the interested ones.
  • Reminder calls at the time you set, and tasks scheduled for later.
  • Outbound calls run on your own agent, in its voice, and the outcome is reported to you when each call ends.
  • Every outbound call is in the portal with its transcript and summary.
  • Anyone who asks not to be called again goes on your do-not-call list automatically.

Booking and operations

  • Cancels appointments and rebooks callers into a new time.
  • Opens work orders with the address, the problem and the priority.
  • Builds quotes from your price list and sends them by text or email.
  • Keeps customer records and history in one place.

Texts

  • Answers texts sent to your line, with the same abilities as on a call.
  • Every text conversation is in the portal.

Email

  • Every agent can have its own email inbox that customers and staff can write to.
  • Emails confirmations, quotes and call summaries.
  • Staff notifications by email when something needs a person.

Knowledge and learning

  • Upload documents, price lists, policies, FAQs and manuals.
  • Import your website pages.
  • Questions it couldn't answer land in a learning list, and you approve the answer.
  • Nothing is added to what it knows without your approval.

Voice and personality

  • Pick the agent's name, voice and greeting.
  • Set how formal or playful it sounds.
  • Natural speech: no fake laughter, no robotic filler.
  • Optional quiet room tone in the background, so it sounds like a real front desk.

Portal and insights

  • A dashboard of today's calls and messages.
  • Each call with its transcript, summary and optional recording.
  • Analytics: busiest hours and the reasons people call.
  • Messages, texts, emails, appointments, quotes, work orders and customers in one place.
  • Usage and billing, always visible.

Teams and locations

  • Multiple locations, each with its own hours and holidays.
  • Departments like sales, service and parts, with transfer rules for each.
  • Team logins with roles: owner, admin, manager, staff and billing.
  • Choose what the agent is allowed to do: answer, book, transfer, text, email, quote or open work orders.

Security and reliability

  • Each business's data is walled off from every other customer.
  • Protected against callers trying to trick it, and every attempt is logged on your Security page.
  • Recording can be switched off.
  • If a service has a problem, calls fall back to a person, a backup number or voicemail.

Setup and launch

  • Tell us about your business online, then a setup call with our team.
  • Industry-ready starting points for over a hundred kinds of business.
  • A test call button to try the agent before it goes live.
  • Every published version of your agent is kept.
  • A free one-week demo line for your business, on request.

Add-ons

  • Personal Assistant: one with every setup, add as many as you want at $7 a month each.
  • Interviews: first-round job interviews by phone, scored.
  • Agent email inbox: an address your customers and team can write to.

Built for Canada

Designed for Canadian rules and callers.

  • Consent first. Outbound calls and texts only go to people who asked for them, and do-not-call requests are respected.
  • Recording notices. Recording consent and retention can be set for each organization.
  • Customer data kept separate. Each business's calls, recordings and knowledge stay walled off from every other customer.
  • Backup routing. If a service goes down, calls route to a person, a backup number or voicemail. They don't drop.

What should the agent do?

Questions

Straight answers.

Rather hear it than read about it? The agent will call you and answer these itself.

Get a demo call
Does it sound like a robot?

No. The agents are tuned to answer directly and naturally: no fake laughter, no repeating your name every sentence, no "great question" before every answer. Request a demo call and judge for yourself.

What happens if it doesn't know the answer?

It won't make one up. It offers to take your details and have someone confirm, or transfers the call if a person is available.

Can calls go to a real person?

Yes. You set who handles what and when. The agent briefs your staff member privately before connecting the caller, and takes a structured message if nobody answers.

How much does it cost?

Starter is $99 a month with 300 minutes, Pro is $199 a month with 800 minutes, and extra minutes are $0.25, in Canadian dollars and billed by the second. Setup is a one-time $599 that includes connecting your software. Booking, transfers and texts are included. Set up in 15 minutes, cancel in 2, no cancellation fees, and your data stays yours. The pricing page has the details.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. You can forward an existing number or have us provision new local or toll-free numbers for each line.

What is the Personal Assistant?

When you call your own business line from your cell, the agent greets you by name and works for you instead of your customers. It finds places and books them, calls people on your behalf, reads you today's appointments and messages, books customers in, creates quotes and work orders, reminds you by call or text, tells callers about a closure, and sends you a daily briefing, a weekly report and urgent alerts. You can also text it or email it.

How many Personal Assistants do we get?

One comes with every setup. You can add as many as you want, for partners, managers or anyone else who runs the business with you. Each extra one is $7 a month.

Can it do job interviews?

Yes. Upload a resume and pick the position, and the candidate calls your interview line whenever it suits them. It runs a first-round interview about their own experience and gives you a score out of 100, a verdict, scores on six areas with quotes, the recording and the transcript.

Can customers email the agent?

Yes. Every agent can have its own email address. Customers write to it and your team forwards it anything, and it books, takes messages, opens work orders, builds quotes and replies in the same thread saying what it did.

Can it make calls, not just answer them?

Yes. It calls people back, follows up on quotes, places reminder calls and works through lead lists to book the interested ones, and you get the outcome of each one.

Where is my data kept, and who can see it?

In your organization's own space in the portal, which no other customer can reach. The keys for the phone and voice services stay on our servers and never reach a browser. The privacy policy has the details.

Is the demo call really free?

Yes. Fill in the form, enter the code we text you, and your phone rings once. We limit how often a number can request a demo to prevent abuse.

Stop missing
the calls that pay.

Give every line an agent that picks up on the first ring, knows your business and knows when to get a person.
