The connection

A voice at the front.
Your software at the centre.

Keep the experience familiar for your customers. We work with you on the calls and the handoff into your platform.

  1. 01

    Connect a customer

Choose the first business, agree on the workflow and forward their calls to a dedicated RealVoice number.

    Their number. Their business.
  2. 02

    Let the agent answer

RealVoice handles the conversation using the customer’s approved knowledge, routing and handoff instructions.

    A setup you test together.
  3. 03

    Bring the outcome home

Receive a signed event after the call, then retrieve the summary and details your integration is allowed to access.

The next step in your software.

Built to connect

One clear interface.
A considered rollout.

Read call outcomes and usage through the partner API. Receive events at your verified webhook. Request updates to customer agents and knowledge as your workflow grows.

  • Access with a purpose. Credentials are scoped to agreed permissions and linked customer accounts.
  • Changes with review. Agent, knowledge and publishing requests are reviewed before they take effect.
  • Results after the call. Signed events can be retried if your endpoint is temporarily unavailable.

Keep the conversation moving

Connect the outcome.
Protect the conversation.

Post-call delivery runs after the conversation. Your platform’s response to a webhook never holds up a spoken reply.

Live actions, like checking availability in your software, add a request during the call. We review those separately, measure response times and agree on what the agent should do if the system takes too long.

Latency is measured for your workflow during the pilot.

Before we connect

A few useful answers.

Who is the partner pilot for?

Software providers with business customers who need help answering calls. Bring us one clear workflow, such as capturing service requests or following up on missed calls, and we’ll review the fit together.

Can customers keep their phone numbers?

The pilot can start by forwarding an existing business number to a dedicated RealVoice number. We confirm the carrier setup, hours, transfers and fallback routing before the first customer goes live.

Will the integration make conversations slower?

Call results are delivered after the conversation, so your webhook does not hold up a spoken response. If your workflow needs a live lookup in your software, that request adds waiting time. We test it with you and agree on timeouts and a fallback before enabling it.

Is this a self-service API?

Access starts with a managed pilot. We agree on the customer accounts and permissions you need, then issue a scoped key. Changes to agents, knowledge and publishing go through review. Pricing, support and rollout are agreed as part of the pilot.

Can we offer this under our own brand?

Tell us what your customer experience should look like. Branding, customer onboarding, support responsibilities and commercial terms are reviewed together before a rollout.

Can you build a voice system we own, without monthly or per-use RealVoice fees?

Yes. We can build a custom voice system that your business fully owns and manages, including the code and deployment in your own accounts. You pay for the build, with no ongoing RealVoice subscription or usage fees. Hosting, telephony and AI provider costs are paid directly by you.
