Sales and service, answered 24/7
Every call to the store is answered on the first ring, at 7:30 in the morning rush and at 10 at night. Service calls leave with a booking, sales calls leave with real options from your lot and a test drive.
A customer calls the store, any hour, any number of calls at once.
Sorts sales, service and parts, books service and test drives, and puts named staff through.
A booking, a text confirmation and a call summary with the vehicle and what was said.
How it works
- Answers on the first ring
In the store's name, warm and unhurried, with as many calls at once as come in. Nobody hears hold music or a full voicemail box.
- Finds out what they need
Sales, service or parts. A caller asking for a person by name is put straight through to them.
- Service: books the visit
Year, make, model, kilometres and what the car is doing, the same questions an advisor asks. Then two open times from the service schedule, waiting or loaner, and a text confirmation.
- Sales: real options from the lot
Searches your live inventory for what they describe, gives two or three real units with price and kilometres, checks one is still there, and books the test drive.
- Plants the next sale
On a service booking it asks whether the sales manager can take a look at their vehicle while it's in, so service visits feed the used-car lot.
- Hands the team the call
The right person gets a text and email with the summary. The recording, transcript and notes on buying signals sit in the portal.
Example call
- AI agentThanks for calling Maple City Kia, this is Emma. Are you looking for sales, service or parts?
- CustomerService. My Sorento's making a grinding noise when I brake.
- AI agentLet's get that looked at. What year is it, and about how many kilometres?
- Customer2021, around 64,000.
- AI agentThanks. That's worth having a tech check soon. I have Thursday at 8:15 or Friday at 1:30. Which is better?
- CustomerThursday morning.
- AI agentYou're booked Thursday at 8:15. Quick one: our sales manager keeps asking me to watch for Sorentos. Mind if he takes a look at yours while it's here? No pressure at all.
- CustomerSure, why not.
- AI agentGreat. Will you wait with us, or do you need a ride? ... Perfect, I'll text you the confirmation now.
After the call: The service schedule shows Thursday 8:15 with the symptom noted, the customer has a confirmation text, and the sales manager has a note that the 2021 Sorento is open to an appraisal on that visit.

Questions
What happens with a caller who wants a person?
If they name someone, it puts them through to that person. If they just want a person, it finds out what the call is about and routes it to the department you choose, or takes a message when nobody is free.
Will it quote payments or a trade-in value?
No. It gives the prices on your listings and the facts you give it. Payments, rates and trade values go to sales, and it says so warmly.
Can it handle the morning rush?
Yes. It answers many calls at the same time, so 7:30 to 9 sounds the same as 2 in the afternoon.
Does it speak French?
Yes, and many other languages. It asks before switching.
