Inbound: the customer calls

Nails and pressure lights fitted in the same day

A pressure light on the way to work is urgent to the driver and a twenty-minute job to you. The agent books them into the repair time you keep free, so the flat stays yours instead of the chain down the road.

When it starts

A caller has a nail, a slow leak, a pressure light or a flat.

What the agent does

Asks which tire and where the damage is, gives your repair price, books the same-day slot.

What your team gets

A same-day repair on the schedule with the vehicle and tire noted.

How it works

  1. Checks they're safe to come

Is the tire holding air? If it's flat on the road, it gives your instructions, like putting on the spare or calling roadside assistance.

  2. Asks where the damage is

Which tire and whether the nail is in the tread or the sidewall. Sidewall damage means a new tire, and the installer confirms.

  3. Gives your price

Your flat repair price from your list, and that the installer decides if it can be patched.

  4. Books the held slot

Into the same-day repair time you keep free each day, or the first time tomorrow if today is gone.

  5. Offers a replacement

If it can't be fixed, the counter already knows the size from the record, so a tire can be ready.

Example call

  1. CustomerMy pressure light came on and there's a screw in my back tire. Can you fix it today?
  2. AI agentLet's get you in. Is the tire holding air okay for now, and is the screw in the tread or the side?
  3. CustomerIn the tread. It's a bit low but driveable.
  4. AI agentGood. A tread repair here is 39 dollars, and the installer checks it can be patched first. I have 12:40 or 2:15 today.
  5. Customer12:40, I'm on lunch then.
  6. AI agentYou're set for 12:40, rear tire, screw in the tread. If it can't be patched, they'll show you options before doing anything.

After the call: The 12:40 same-day repair is booked with the vehicle and the rear tire noted. The installer patches it in fifteen minutes, and the record shows the repair.

What your team gets

  • Same-day repairs booked into the time you hold back
  • Which tire and where the damage is, noted
  • Your flat repair price given every time
  • Replacement ready if a patch won't do
Set up with you: The team sets up a connection to your bay schedule and tire shop software, sets how much same-day repair time to hold each day, and loads your flat repair price and roadside instructions.

Questions

Will it tell a driver the tire can be patched?

No. It says the installer checks first, and books the time.

What if the tire is flat on the highway?

It tells them to get somewhere safe and gives your roadside instructions, such as calling their roadside assistance.

Can it fit a repair into a full day?

It uses the time you hold back for repairs. If that's gone, it offers the first slot tomorrow or your walk-in rules.
