Outbound: the agent calls

Liner, cap and crown repairs from the camera report

The camera finds a cracked tile, the tech writes a quote, and the customer says they'll think about it. Emma calls back with what was found on their chimney and the price you quoted, and books the work.

When it starts

An open repair quote from a sweep or inspection: liner, cap, crown, flashing or damper.

What the agent does

Calls with the finding and your quote, answers questions, books the repair or a callback date.

What your team gets

Repair jobs booked from quotes that would have gone quiet, and a list of who said not yet.

How it works

  1. Picks up open quotes

Every repair quote not yet accepted after the wait you choose, with the tech's notes and photos.

  2. Calls with the finding

"On your sweep in October, Mike found two cracked flue tiles near the top." Their chimney, in plain words.

  3. Reads your quote

The price the tech wrote. If there's no price on it, she says the tech will call with one.

  4. Answers the questions

How long the job takes, whether they can use the fireplace in the meantime as your tech advised, and what a stainless liner is.

  5. Books the work

Repairs go in before the burning season or in the spring, by the dates your install crew has open.

  6. Sets the next step

Not now? She asks when to call back. Anyone who says no thanks is marked closed.

Example call

  1. AI agentHi Mr. Tran, it's Emma from Muskoka Chimney. I'm calling about the inspection Mike did on your fireplace last month. Is now okay?
  2. CustomerSure. He said something about the liner.
  3. AI agentYes. The camera found two cracked clay tiles near the top, and Mike recommended a stainless steel liner. He quoted 2,850 dollars with the cap. Would you like to get that done before winter?
  4. CustomerThat's more than I hoped. Can I use the fireplace until then?
  5. AI agentMike's note says not to use it until the liner is in. I can ask him to call you about that if you'd like.
  6. CustomerNo, that's fine. Let's book it.
  7. AI agentI have the install crew on Wednesday the 30th or Monday the 4th. Which works?
  8. CustomerThe 30th.

After the call: The liner install is booked for Wednesday the 30th against Mike's quote, and the job has his photos of the cracked tiles. Mr. Tran gets a confirmation text.

What your team gets

  • Repair quotes followed up with the tech's own findings
  • Liner, cap and crown jobs booked before burning season
  • Callback dates for customers who want to wait
  • A report of quotes called, booked and value booked
Set up with you: The team sets up a connection to your quotes and job software so Emma can read the tech's notes and prices, and sets with you how long to wait after a quote and which repairs to call about.

Questions

Does it make up a price?

No. It reads the price on the quote. If there isn't one, the tech calls with it.

Will it pressure people?

It calls once about something real on their own chimney. If they want to wait, it asks when to call back.

Can it explain what a liner is?

Yes, in plain words from your descriptions. Deeper questions go to the tech.
