Inbound: the customer calls

Biweekly clients quoted by rooms, pets and last clean

A new biweekly client is worth thousands a year, and they call while your owner is scrubbing a tub. Emma asks the questions that set your price, gives it from your rate sheet, and holds a standing spot with a team.

When it starts

Someone calls asking what a regular clean costs.

What the agent does

Asks the pricing questions, gives your price, books the first deep clean and the standing visits.

What your team gets

A new recurring client on a team's schedule, priced the way you price.

How it works

  1. Asks what sets the price

Bedrooms, bathrooms, rough square footage, levels, pets, and how long since it was last cleaned properly.

  2. Gives your price

From your rate sheet, weekly, biweekly or monthly. If your first visit is a deep clean at a different rate, she says so.

  3. Explains what's included

Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and the extras like inside the oven or fridge at your add-on price.

  4. Finds a standing spot

Same day and time each visit with the same team where possible, chosen from the teams that cover their street.

  5. Books the first deep clean

On the calendar with a longer time, then the recurring visits after it.

  6. Sends it in writing

The price, the day, what's included and your cancellation policy, by text.

Example call

  1. CustomerHi, how much would it be to have someone clean every two weeks?
  2. AI agentHappy to give you a price. How many bedrooms and bathrooms, and is it about one or two floors?
  3. CustomerThree bedrooms, two and a half baths, two floors. And we have a golden retriever.
  4. AI agentThanks. When was it last given a really thorough clean?
  5. CustomerHonestly, probably a year.
  6. AI agentThat's common. We'd start with a deep clean at 345 dollars, then every two weeks at 165. Our Dartmouth team has Thursday mornings open.
  7. CustomerThursdays are great.
  8. AI agentI'll book the deep clean next Thursday at 9 and every second Thursday after. I'll text you the price, what's included and our cancellation policy.

After the call: The client shows on the Dartmouth team's Thursdays: a deep clean next week, then biweekly visits, with "golden retriever, lots of hair" noted so the team brings the pet attachment.

What your team gets

  • New recurring clients priced from your own rate sheet
  • Standing visits on the team that covers their street
  • First deep cleans booked with the longer time
  • Prices, inclusions and your policy sent by text
  • Every quote call logged, booked or not
Set up with you: The team loads your rate sheet, add-ons, service area and cancellation policy, sets up a connection to your Jobber, Housecall Pro or Launch27 account so standing visits land on each team's calendar, and you hear test calls first.

Questions

What if the house is bigger than the rate sheet covers?

She tells the caller someone will confirm the price after a quick walk-through, and books that instead.

Can she book the same team every time?

Yes, when the team has room. She chooses from the teams that cover that area and keeps the client with them.

Does she take a deposit?

If you take one, she texts your payment link and notes when it's paid.
