Outbound: the agent calls

Month-end rekeys called to landlords and property managers

Every unit that turns over at month-end needs its locks rekeyed before the new tenant moves in. The agent calls your landlord accounts the week before, finds out which units, and books them in one trip.

When it starts

Landlord and property manager accounts, the week before month-end.

What the agent does

Calls, asks which units are turning over, books the rekeys and asks for access.

What your team gets

Month-end rekeys grouped by building, with access and key counts.

How it works

  1. Builds the account list

Each landlord and property manager you serve, with their buildings and past rekeys.

  2. Calls the week before

From the 20th, inside business hours, so the jobs are grouped by building.

  3. Asks which units

Which units are turning over, the move-out and move-in dates, and how many keys the new tenant needs.

  4. Sorts access

Superintendent, lockbox or a property manager on site, noted on each job.

  5. Books by building

All units in one building on the same visit, so the locksmith makes one trip.

  6. Confirms in writing

A text and email with the units, dates and the per-unit price from your account rate.

  2. CustomerYes, 3 and 7. Both move out on the 30th.
  3. AI agentGot it. And how many keys will the new tenants need?
  4. CustomerTwo each, plus a mailbox key.
  5. AI agentI'll book both units for the morning of the 31st. The super can let the locksmith in?
  6. CustomerYes, Paolo's there all morning.
  7. AI agentDone. At your account rate it's 95 dollars a unit. I'll email you the confirmation.

After the call: Units 3 and 7 at Queen Street are booked for the morning of the 31st, with two keys and a mailbox key each and Paolo letting the locksmith in. Sandra has the confirmation by email.

What your team gets

  • Month-end rekeys booked before the rush
  • Units grouped by building for one trip
  • Key counts and access on every job
  • Account rates applied, confirmed in writing

Set up with you: The team loads your landlord and property manager accounts and rates, sets up a connection to your job software and the locksmith's schedule, and sets the calling week each month.
