Inbound: the customer calls

Paid consults booked across time zones

Half your enquiries come in while Mississauga sleeps. She answers in the caller's language, learns what they're hoping for, and books a paid consult at a time that works on both sides of the world.

When it starts

Someone in Canada or abroad calls about studying, working, sponsoring or settling here.

What the agent does

Learns the goal and basic background, explains the consult fee, books it in their own time zone.

What your team gets

A paid consult with the goal, current status, country and background ready for the licensed consultant.

How it works

  1. Answers any hour

In English, Punjabi, Tagalog, Hindi, French, Arabic, Spanish and more. She asks which language the caller prefers before going on.

  2. Learns the goal

Study, work, family sponsorship, permanent residence, visiting. And who is applying: the caller, a child, a spouse or parents.

  3. Gathers the basics

Country of citizenship, where they live now, age, education, work history, any status in Canada now and any past refusal.

  4. Explains the consult

What the paid consult covers, how long it runs, and the fee from your list. She says plainly that the licensed consultant gives the assessment.

  5. Books in their time

She reads times back in the caller's own clock, books it in the consultant's calendar in Eastern time, and both sides get the right hour.

  6. Takes the fee

A secure payment link by text, WhatsApp or email. The consult is confirmed when it's paid.

Yes. She answers every hour and books from the consultants' open times.

What about WhatsApp?

She sends confirmations and payment links by WhatsApp when the caller prefers it, as well as text or email.

Does she give processing times?

She gives only the general wording your practice provides, and says the consultant will speak to their case.
