New enquiries turned into booked quote calls
The caller who found you on Google this morning gets a real answer, not a voicemail. By the end of the call they know you do the work, and they have a time in your calendar to talk price.
Someone new calls asking whether you do a kind of work and what it might cost.
Explains what you offer, asks the scoping questions you'd ask, and books a quote call.
A meeting in the right person's calendar with the scope written up and the caller's contact details.
How it works
- Explains what you do
From the services list you gave it, in plain words. If the caller wants something you don't take on, it says so kindly and, if you like, names the shop you refer to.
- Asks your scoping questions
The four or five things you always ask before a quote: size of the job, where it is, when it's needed, and any drawings or photos.
- Gets the photos in
It texts the caller a link to send pictures or a sketch, and the files land with the enquiry, so the quote call starts informed.
- Books the quote call
Sees which mornings the owner keeps for quotes and offers two of them. A video meeting or a site visit, whichever you set for that kind of job.
- Adds them as a lead
Name, company, phone, email, how they heard of you and the scope go in as a new lead, so nobody types it twice.
- Sends the owner the brief
A text and email before the call: what they want, the budget they mentioned, and how soon they need it.
Example call
- CustomerHi, do you guys do vinyl lettering on work vans? I've got three of them.
- AI agentWe do, it's one of Kestrel's main jobs. Are these full logos and phone numbers on the sides and back, or just door lettering?
- CustomerLogo on both sides, number on the back. They're Ford Transits.
- AI agentGot it, three Transits. Do you have the logo as a file, and is there a date you need them done by?
- CustomerI have a PNG. We've got a trade show in Barrie on the 14th.
- AI agentI'll text you a link to send the logo. Dave does the quotes himself. He has Tuesday at 9 or Wednesday at 10:30 for a fifteen-minute call. Which suits you?
- CustomerTuesday at 9.
- AI agentYou're booked with Dave on Tuesday at 9. He'll have your logo and the trade show date in front of him.
After the call: Dave's calendar shows Tuesday 9:00 with "3 Ford Transits, sides and back, needed before the 14th". The logo arrived by text twenty minutes later and sits on the new lead.

Questions
Will it give a price on the phone?
Only the prices you've told it to share, like a minimum charge or a starting rate. Anything that needs measuring or thinking about is booked as a quote call with you.
What if the job isn't a fit?
It tells the caller honestly that it isn't work you take on. If you have a shop you send people to, it gives that name.
Can it book a site visit instead of a call?
Yes. You set which kinds of job get a visit, how far you travel, and which days you go out.
