Inbound: the customer calls

Scenic flights sold to callers on the dock and in town

A family on holiday sees the plane land and calls the number on the hangar. They're booked on the 4 o'clock loop before they walk back to the car.

When it starts

A visitor, cottager or gift buyer calls about a scenic flight.

What the agent does

Offers today's open times, takes seats and weights, prices from your list, books.

What your team gets

Seats sold on every loop, with weights for seating and a gift voucher when asked.

How it works

  1. Offers the loops

The 20-minute bay tour or the 45-minute lakes flight, at the prices on your list.

  2. Finds an open seat

Today's and tomorrow's times with room, by how many seats the party needs.

  3. Takes the weights

For seating balance, asked lightly. Kids and lap infants follow your rules.

  4. Books and pays

A payment link by text, or pay at the dock if your base prefers.

  5. Sends directions

The dock address, where to park and when to arrive, with a note to bring a jacket.

  6. Sells gift flights

Birthdays and anniversaries get a gift voucher by email, good for any open loop.

Example call

  1. CustomerHi, we just saw your plane land. Can we go up today? There are three of us.
  2. AI agentYou can. The 45-minute lakes flight has three seats at 4:00, or the 20-minute bay tour at 3:30. Which sounds better?
  3. CustomerThe long one. How much is it?
  4. AI agentIt's 249 a person. For seating, could I get a rough weight for each of you?
  5. CustomerSeventy, sixty and our son is about forty.
  6. AI agentLovely. You're on the 4:00 lakes flight. I'll text you the payment link and the dock directions. Be there by 3:40, and bring a jacket, it's cool up there.

After the call: Three seats on the 4:00 lakes flight are sold with weights for the pilot's seating plan, the payment link is paid, and the family has the dock directions by text.

What your team gets

  • Seats sold on today's and tomorrow's loops
  • Prices from your scenic flight list
  • Weights noted for the pilot's seating plan
  • Gift vouchers sent by email
  • Directions and arrival time texted to every party
Set up with you: The team loads your scenic loops, prices and seat counts, sets up a connection to your booking system (such as FareHarbor or Checkfront) and payment processor, and sets the booking cut-off before each flight.
