Inbound: the customer calls

Stored sets found by plate and pulled ahead

Half your storage customers can't remember which location has their tires. The agent finds the set by plate, says where it is, books the swap there, and the storage desk pulls it the day before.

When it starts

A customer calls unsure where their set is, or wants to pick it up or renew storage.

What the agent does

Finds the set by name or plate, names the location, books or schedules a pickup.

What your team gets

A pull request with rack location, and a storage record that's up to date.

How it works

  1. Finds the set

By last name, phone number or plate, across every location. It reads back the vehicle and the tire brand to make sure it's theirs.

  2. Names the location

"Your set is at our Fairway Road store, not this one." If the caller would rather swap here, it books a transfer between stores.

  3. Books or schedules pickup

A changeover at the right store, or a pickup time for customers taking their tires home.

  4. Asks the desk to pull it

The storage desk gets the rack location and the time, so the set is on the floor before the car arrives.

  5. Handles renewals

Storage for next season, on the price list you give it, added at the counter at the visit.

Example call

  1. CustomerI think you're storing my tires, but I honestly can't remember which store.
  2. AI agentI can find them. What's your last name or plate?
  3. CustomerPlate is CRTW 207. Name's Guérin.
  4. AI agentFound them. Four Michelin X-Ice on rims for a 2018 Kia Soul, at our Fairway Road store in Kitchener, rack C-14.
  5. CustomerOh, good. Can I come there Friday?
  6. AI agentFriday at 11:15 or 3:30 at Fairway Road.
  7. Customer11:15.
  8. AI agentBooked. I've asked the storage desk to pull rack C-14 Thursday so they're ready. I'll text you the Fairway Road address.

After the call: Friday 11:15 is booked at the Fairway Road store, and the storage desk there has a pull for rack C-14 on Thursday. The customer has the right address by text.

What your team gets

  • Stored sets found by plate or name across locations
  • Pull requests with rack location before every visit
  • Store-to-store transfers booked when the customer prefers
  • Storage renewals noted for the counter
Set up with you: The team sets up a connection to your tire storage records and shop software (TireMaster, ASA Tire Systems or Tire Shop Pro) across every location, and agrees how pull requests reach each storage desk.

Questions

Can it tell the customer the condition of their stored tires?

It reads the tread reading the installer recorded at the last swap, if there is one.

What if there's no record?

It takes the details and sends the storage desk a request to look, and the desk calls the customer back.

Can it move a set between stores?

It books the transfer you offer, with the date the set will arrive, and puts the swap after that date.
