Outbound: the agent calls

Fall re-registration calls before spots open

Returning dancers are your best students and the easiest to lose over a summer. The agent calls each family right after the recital, while they're still glowing, and holds a spot in next year's class.

When it starts

The recital is done and next season's schedule is set.

What the agent does

Calls returning families, offers next year's class at the right level, holds the place.

What your team gets

A fall schedule with returning dancers in before public registration opens.

How it works

  1. Calls after the recital

In the two weeks after the show, before summer plans take over, every family with a dancer this season.

  2. Offers the next step

The class the teachers recommended for next year: Pre-Ballet to Ballet 1, Junior Jazz to Intermediate. From the teachers' notes, not a guess.

  3. Adds a style

A dancer who loved the tap number hears that Tap 1 runs right after her ballet class.

  4. Holds the place

A yes holds the spot until your deposit date, and the family gets the link to finish registration.

  5. Notes who's unsure

Families who are thinking about it get a callback before public registration opens.

  6. Reports to the owner

Returning, moving up, adding a class, leaving and undecided, class by class.
