Inbound: the customer calls

In-car lessons booked around school pickup

Most students can only drive after the bell on weekdays and on Saturdays, and every instructor covers a different part of town. The agent finds the right instructor and time on the first call.

When it starts

A student or parent calls to book in-car lessons.

What the agent does

Matches the instructor by area and time, books the lessons, texts the pickup.

What your team gets

Lessons on each instructor's calendar with pickup address and notes.

How it works

  1. Finds the student

By name, with their package and how many lessons are left.

  2. Asks where and when

Pickup at home or at the high school, and the days they're free after class or work.

  3. Matches the instructor

The one who covers that area and has openings, so nobody drives across the city for a 60-minute lesson.

  4. Books the run of lessons

Several at once if the student wants, spaced so they can practise with a parent between.

  5. Notes what matters

Nervous on highways, needs parallel parking, automatic only. The instructor reads it before pickup.

  6. Texts the details

The time, the pickup spot, the instructor's name and car, and a reminder to bring the G1.

Example call

  1. CustomerHi, it's Owen Walsh. I finished the classroom part. Can I book my driving lessons?
  2. AI agentGreat work, Owen. You have all 10 in-car lessons left. Where should the instructor pick you up?
  3. CustomerAt school, St. Joseph's in Barrie. I'm done at 2:50.
  4. AI agentGary covers that area. He has Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:10 for the next five weeks. Want me to book all ten?
  5. CustomerYeah. And I'm kind of scared of the highway.
  6. AI agentI'll note it for Gary, and he'll leave the highway for later lessons. You're booked starting Tuesday at 3:10 by the front doors. I'll text you the dates.

After the call: Gary has ten lessons with Owen, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:10 from St. Joseph's, with "nervous about highway" in the notes. Owen has the dates by text.

What your team gets

  • Whole packages booked in one call
  • Student notes on each lesson for the instructor

Questions

Can it book lessons that aren't in a package?

Yes. Single lessons at the price on your list, with payment by secure link.

How does it know which instructor covers an area?

You tell it once: each instructor's areas and hours. It books from that and their real calendar.

Can a student ask for the same instructor every time?

Yes. It books with that instructor whenever they have an opening.
