RMT sessions booked by therapist, length and technique
Your therapists can't pick up with oil on their hands, so the phone used to go to voicemail and the Saturday opening went to the clinic down the street. Now every caller hears real times with the therapist, length and technique they want.
A client calls for a session, often while every RMT is in a treatment room.
Matches the request to a therapist who does that technique, offers open times, books it and sends the intake form.
A booking under the right RMT with the technique, length and any health notes the client mentioned.
How it works
- Picks up between sessions
The phone is answered on the first ring, in the clinic's name, so nobody leaves a treatment room to grab it with oil on their hands.
- Hears what they're after
A favourite therapist, 60 or 90 minutes, deep tissue, hot stone, sports or lymphatic drainage. It asks only what it needs to book.
- Offers real times
It reads each therapist's book and only offers RMTs who do that technique and have that length open. Saturday mornings get every therapist's openings, not just one.
- Notes what the therapist needs
A sore shoulder after a fall, a pregnancy, a race on Sunday. It writes it on the booking in the client's words and leaves the clinical call to the RMT.
- Sends the paperwork
New clients get the intake form by text before the visit, with the address, parking and your cancellation policy in your wording.
- Confirms in writing
A text with the therapist, the time, the length and the technique, and a reminder the day before.
Example call
- CustomerHi, do you have a 90-minute deep tissue this Saturday? My back's been brutal since I moved apartments.
- AI agentMoving will do that. For 90 minutes of deep tissue on Saturday I have Priya at 10:30 or Jonah at 2:15. Any preference?
- CustomerPriya. My friend said she's great with backs.
- AI agentShe is. Is this your first visit with us?
- CustomerYeah, first time.
- AI agentWelcome. I'll text you a short intake form to fill in before Saturday. Anything Priya should know, like an injury or a condition?
- CustomerJust the lower back. Oh, and I have a bit of a latex thing.
- AI agentNoted, a latex sensitivity and lower back pain after moving. You're with Priya Saturday at 10:30 for 90 minutes. The form and our 24-hour cancellation policy are on their way.
After the call: Priya's Saturday shows a 90-minute deep tissue at 10:30 with "lower back after a move" and the latex sensitivity on the booking. The client has the intake form, and the desk sees a new client added with how she heard about the clinic.

Questions
Will it say whether massage is safe with my condition?
No. It notes the condition or pregnancy on the booking and books an RMT you've listed for that work. Whether and how to treat is the therapist's call.
Can it book only therapists who do prenatal or hot stone?
Yes. Each RMT's techniques are set up, so a prenatal request is only offered with the therapists you list for it.
What about a caller who wants a specific therapist who's full?
It says so, offers that therapist's next opening, and offers to put them on the short-notice list for an earlier spot.
Can it sell gift cards?
It explains how your gift cards work and texts your online purchase link, so the buyer can finish it in a minute.
