Outbound: the agent calls

Second and third rodent visits booked on time

A mouse program is three visits, not one. The agent calls when the next one is due, asks what the family has heard since, and books it, so the job is finished and the seal-up quote gets a yes.

When it starts

A rodent, wasp or ant program with a follow-up visit coming due.

What the agent does

Calls, asks about new activity, books the follow-up, offers the exclusion work the tech quoted.

What your team gets

Follow-ups on the route, activity notes, and seal-up work booked on the tech's quote.

How it works

  1. Watches the program dates

Each night it finds programs with a visit due in the next week, by the interval your technicians set on the first visit.

  2. Asks what's changed

New droppings, scratching, bait gone from the stations, a smell. The answer goes to the technician so the visit is planned.

  3. Books the follow-up

Two open times on the same technician's route, so the person who set the stations is the one who checks them.

  4. Raises the exclusion quote

If the tech quoted sealing the gaps at the foundation and the dryer vent, she reads the quote and asks if they'd like it done on the same visit.

  5. Marks quiet ones done

No activity for two visits? She notes it for the technician to close the program and books the final check.

  6. Keeps trying, politely

No answer gets one voicemail and a text with a booking link, then one more call two days later.

Example call

  1. AI agentHi Mr. Bouchard, it's Emma from Northshore Pest. Your second mouse visit is due next week. Have you seen or heard anything since Devon was there?
  2. CustomerMuch quieter. Maybe one dropping under the sink on Sunday.
  3. AI agentThat's good progress. I'll let him know about under the sink. I have Monday between 10 and 12 or Wednesday between 2 and 4.
  4. CustomerMonday works.
  5. AI agentBooked. Devon also quoted 340 dollars to seal the gaps by the dryer vent and the garage door. Would you like that done on Monday too?
  6. CustomerYeah, let's stop them getting back in.
  7. AI agentDone. He'll do both on Monday. I'll text you the time.

After the call: Devon's Monday stop has the bait check, "one dropping under the sink Sunday" and the 340-dollar exclusion work approved on the call, so he loads the sealant and mesh before he leaves the shop.

What your team gets

  • Follow-up visits booked with the same technician before they're overdue
  • New activity in the customer's words before the tech arrives
  • Exclusion and seal-up quotes approved on the call
  • Programs closed out cleanly when activity stops
  • A weekly count of follow-ups booked and quotes approved
Set up with you: The team sets up a connection to your field-service software for program dates, technician routes and quotes, and sets with you the follow-up interval for each pest and the hours she calls.

Questions

Will it push the seal-up work?

She reads the technician's quote once and asks. If they say no, it's noted and she moves on.

What if the mice are worse?

She notes exactly what they describe, marks it for the technician, and offers the earliest open time instead of the regular slot.

Does it handle wasp and ant callbacks too?

Yes. Any program with a follow-up, each with the interval and questions you set.
