Accepted offers with a Friday firm-up deadline
An offer comes back accepted on a Saturday with five business days to firm up. The buyer reaches a mortgage agent in minutes, and the agent picks up already knowing the price, the down payment and the date.
A buyer or their realtor calls with an accepted offer subject to financing.
Takes the condition date, closing date, price and down payment, then warm-transfers.
An agent on the line with a private summary, and the deadline on the file.
How it works
- Asks for the date first
When the financing condition expires and when it closes. Every summary starts with those two dates.
- Checks for an existing file
A pre-approved client is matched to their file and their own agent. A new caller gets the quick questions.
- Takes the deal
Purchase price, deposit paid, down payment, the property type (condo, townhouse, detached) and the listing or MLS number if they have it.
- Puts them through
A condition inside the window you set is warm-transferred to the mortgage agent at once, with a private summary first.
- Covers the weekend
If the agent is off, the agent on call gets a text and a call, and the buyer hears when to expect them.
- Asks for the offer
Texts the buyer a link to upload the signed agreement of purchase and sale and the MLS listing, so the agent can send it to a lender the same day.
Example call

- CustomerYes, with Rob, back in March.
- AI agentI see your file. What's the price, and is the closing date set?
- Customer715, closing August 29. We put 30 down as the deposit.
- AI agentThanks. Rob is free, I'm putting you through now. I'll also text you a link to upload the signed offer.
- AI agent(privately, to Rob) The Nguyens, your March pre-approval. Accepted offer on a semi in Hamilton at 715, condition expires Friday, closing August 29, 30,000 deposit. On the line.

Questions
What counts as urgent?
You set it. Many brokerages warm-transfer any condition expiring within seven days, and book the rest for the next open time.
What if their agent is on another call?
The agent on call or the next free agent gets the transfer. If nobody is free, the summary goes by text and the buyer gets a callback time.
Can it talk to the realtor instead?
Yes. A realtor calling for their client gives the same dates, and the summary shows who called.
