Outbound: the agent calls

Online applicants screened and booked with a recruiter

Applicants who hear nothing for a week sign with the agency down the road. Now every one gets a call the day they apply, and the recruiter's calendar fills with people who have the ticket, the boots and a ride.

When it starts

A new application from your job board, website or a walk-in sign-up.

What the agent does

Calls the same day, asks your screening questions, books an interview or orientation.

What your team gets

Screened candidates on the recruiter's calendar, answers on their profile.

How it works

  1. Sees the application

Name, the job they applied for, and the branch closest to them. Applicants for roles you aren't hiring get the closest open role.

  2. Calls the same day

Inside your calling hours, while they're still looking. No answer gets a text and a second try.

  3. Asks the screening questions

Forklift ticket and its expiry, safety boots, which shifts they can work, how they'll get to Bolton or Milton, and whether they can lift 50 pounds.

  4. Answers theirs

Pay rates and shifts from the open orders, how weekly pay works, and what orientation involves.

  5. Books the next step

A recruiter interview, a group orientation, or a forklift assessment, with two real times.

  6. Fills in the profile

Every answer goes on the candidate's profile, so the recruiter starts with a person, not a resume.

Example call

  2. CustomerYeah, that was quick.

What your team gets

  • Every applicant called the day they apply
  • Tickets, boots, shifts and transport on the profile
  • Interviews and orientations booked on recruiters' calendars
  • Applicants for closed roles matched to open ones
  • A daily count of applicants reached and booked
Set up with you: The team sets up a connection to your Bullhorn, JobAdder or Avionté and your job boards, loads your screening questions by role, and sets each recruiter's interview times.

Questions

Will it offer anyone a job?
