Regulars who missed their rotation called back
A guy who's been in every three weeks for two years hasn't booked in six. The agent calls like someone from the shop would, books his usual with his barber, and finds out if something went wrong.
A regular with no booking past twice his usual gap between cuts.
Calls with his usual barber and cut, books it, and notes any reason he stopped coming.
Regulars back in the chair, and the owner hears about any problem.
How it works
- Finds the drift
Each week, regulars whose time since their last cut is twice their usual rotation, with no booking ahead.
- Calls like the shop would
"Marco was asking about you." Short and friendly, with his name and his barber's.
- Offers his usual
His cut, his barber, two times. If his barber has left, it says so and suggests who cuts closest to his style.
- Hears the reason
Moved away, tried a place closer to work, didn't love the last cut. Anything about the shop goes to the owner word for word.
- Lets go gracefully
Moved to Halifax? It wishes him well and takes him off the list.
Example call
- AI agentHey Chris, it's Emma from Sharp Corners. Marco noticed we haven't seen you in a bit. Everything good?
- CustomerYeah, just busy with the new job. I'm definitely overdue.
- AI agentHappens to everyone. Marco has Thursday at 7 or Saturday at 9 for your fade and beard. Want one?
- CustomerSaturday at 9.
- AI agentDone. Want me to put you back on every three weeks after that, same as before?
- CustomerYeah, let's do that.
- AI agentYou're set. I'll text you the dates. Marco will be glad to see you.
After the call: Chris is back on Marco's column Saturday at 9 with his three-week rotation restarted, and the call shows on the owner's weekly win-back list.

Questions
Won't it feel like a sales call?
It's one friendly call about his usual cut with his barber. If he's happy elsewhere, it thanks him and stops.
What if he had a bad cut?
It apologises, takes down what happened, and offers his next cut with the barber of his choice. The owner gets the note.
How many times does it call?
Once, with a text if there's no answer. You can choose a second try a month later.
