Anniversary bouquets taken by budget and card message
"It's our anniversary and I have no idea what to get" becomes a real order: her favourite colours, your design at 75, the card read back, and payment done by text.
A caller wants flowers for a birthday, anniversary, new baby, get well or thank you.
Learns the occasion and budget, suggests from your designs, takes the card, address and payment.
A complete order on the bench, paid, with the card message exactly as said.
How it works
- Hears the occasion
Who it's for, what it's for, and anything they know: her favourite colour, a flower she loves, an allergy to lilies.
- Works to the budget
Suggests two or three of your designs at or near the budget, by name and price from your list. Designer's choice is always an option.
- Takes the card
The message, how they sign it, and the spelling of names. It reads it back word for word.
- Gets the delivery
The address, the recipient's phone, a business or a home, and the best time. It checks the address is in your delivery zone.
- Takes payment
A secure payment link by text. The order goes to the bench once it's paid.
- Explains substitutions
Your substitution policy: the designer may swap a stem for something of equal value and the same feel.
Example call
- CustomerHi, it's our anniversary tomorrow and I have no idea what to get. Something nice, around 75?
- AI agentHappy anniversary. Does she have a favourite colour, or a flower she loves?
- CustomerShe likes peonies. And she hates anything orange.
- AI agentPeonies are in season now. Our Garden Rose and Peony bouquet in soft pinks is 79, or the designer can do a peony bouquet for 75.
- CustomerThe 79 one. Can it say, "Twelve years, and I'd pick you again. Love, Tom"?
- AI agentOf course. Reading it back: "Twelve years, and I'd pick you again. Love, Tom." Is that right?
- CustomerPerfect.
- AI agentLovely. Where should it go, and is tomorrow morning okay? I'll text you a link to pay, and you'll get a text when it's delivered.
After the call: The bench has the Garden Rose and Peony bouquet for tomorrow morning with "no orange" and the card exactly as Tom said it. He paid by the text link two minutes later.
