Fit questions answered from your size chart
Every wrong size is a return you pay for twice. When a shopper calls before buying, the agent reads your actual measurements and fit notes, asks how they like things to fit, and they order the right size the first time.
A shopper calls with a question about a product, a size, a material or a colour before ordering.
Reads your size chart and fit notes, compares to what they wear, checks stock in that size.
Fewer wrong-size returns, and a log of the questions your listings aren't answering.
How it works
- Finds the product
By name, the link they're looking at, or a description. "The heavyweight crewneck in forest green."
- Reads the real numbers
Chest width, length and sleeve for each size, from your size chart, in centimetres or inches as they prefer.
- Shares your fit notes
"Runs a little boxy, most people stay true to size." Only the notes you wrote, never a guess.
- Compares to what they own
Asks them to measure a favourite sweater flat. Numbers beat "I'm usually a medium."
- Checks that size is in stock
Reads stock for the size and colour, and offers the restock waitlist if it's out.
- Logs what the page missed
Questions the listing didn't answer are saved, so you can add them to the product page.
Example call
- AI agentThanks for calling Northline Supply Co., this is Emma. How can I help?
- CustomerHi, I'm looking at the heavyweight hoodie in charcoal. I'm between a medium and a large.
- AI agentHappy to help. Our notes say it's cut a little short in the body and roomy in the chest. Do you have a hoodie you like the fit of nearby?
- CustomerYeah, hang on. ... It's about 58 centimetres across the chest.
- AI agentThat's close to our medium, which is 57. The large is 61, so it would feel looser. If you like the length a little longer, though, the large gives you 3 more centimetres.
- CustomerI hate short hoodies. Large it is.
- AI agentGood call. We have the large in charcoal in stock, so it ships tomorrow if you order today.
After the call: The caller orders a large charcoal hoodie that evening. "Shoppers asking about body length" is logged against the product for the team.

Questions
Will it guess at a fit?
No. It reads your size chart and fit notes. If a product has no notes, it says so and gives the measurements.
Can it take the order on the phone?
It can text a link to the product in the right size, with the cart ready to check out.
Does it work in French?
Yes. It answers in French or English, and in many other languages, and asks before switching.
