Yearly system inspections booked for accounts
The yearly inspection keeps systems working and keeps accounts with you. The agent calls each one when it's due, books a time the site contact can open up, and checks the emergency call list while it's on the phone.
An account's yearly inspection or service plan visit coming due.
Calls the site contact, books the visit, checks the emergency contacts, asks about changes at the site.
Inspections on the schedule, call lists up to date, and upgrade leads for sales.
How it works
- Builds the list
Each week: accounts whose yearly inspection is due in the coming month, grouped by area so techs aren't crossing town.
- Calls the site contact
The manager, the owner or the property manager on file, with the account name and what the visit covers.
- Books the visit
A time when someone can open the panel room and walk the tech through, before the store opens or after it closes.
- Checks the call list
Are the emergency contacts still right? Changes are written down and sent to monitoring to update.
- Listens for changes
A new wing, a new tenant, a staff turnover, an old camera they're unhappy with. Those go to your sales rep as a note.
- Confirms and reminds
A text confirmation, and a reminder the day before with the tech's name.
Example call
- AI agentHi, is this Marie-Ève? It's Emma from Laurentian Alarm. Your yearly inspection for the clinic on Rue Principale is due next month.
- CustomerOh, right. We'd need it before 8, we're full all day.
- AI agentThat's fine. I have Tuesday the 12th at 7 or Thursday the 14th at 7. Which is better?
- CustomerThursday.
- AI agentBooked. While I have you, your call list has Dr. Gagnon and Sylvie at the front desk. Are they still the right people?
- CustomerSylvie left in the summer. It should be Julien Roy now.
- AI agentThanks, I'll send that to monitoring to update. I'll text you the confirmation for Thursday at 7.
After the call: The inspection is booked Thursday the 14th at 7:00, monitoring has a request to replace Sylvie with Julien Roy on the call list, and the clinic has a text confirmation.

Questions
Can it change the call list itself?
It writes down the change and sends it to monitoring, who update the account after their own check.
Does it work for fire alarm inspections?
Yes, if you do them. It books the visit with the site contact the same way and notes what the inspection covers.
Will it upsell?
No. It notes what the customer mentions, like a camera they want, and your rep follows up.
