AZ driver applicants screened the day they call
A good AZ driver calls three carriers about their postings and goes with the one who calls back first. The agent screens them on the first call and books the road test before they hang up.
A driver calls about a job posting, any hour, including Sunday nights.
Asks your screening questions, explains the job as you describe it, books the interview or road test.
A screened applicant on the recruiter's calendar, with their answers.
How it works
- Answers the posting
It knows each open job: local, regional or long-haul, the equipment, the home time and the start date, in the words you wrote.
- Asks your questions
AZ or Class 1, years driving, highway and mountain experience, reefer or flatbed, and whether they can cross the border.
- Explains the job
Pay structure, home time, the trucks they'd drive and benefits, exactly as your recruiter gave them. It never promises a number you didn't set.
- Books the next step
An interview with the recruiter or a road test at the yard, in two open times, with a text listing what to bring.
- Keeps the rest warm
Applicants who don't fit today's postings stay on file with their answers, and get a call when a matching job opens.
- Follows up on applications
A driver calling to check on their application hears where it stands from the recruiting file.
Example call
- CustomerHi, I saw your ad for a regional reefer driver. Is it still open?
- AI agentIt is. It runs Winnipeg to Thunder Bay and Regina, home every weekend. Can I ask a few questions?
- CustomerSure.
- AI agentDo you hold a Class 1, and how many years have you been driving?
- CustomerClass 1, six years. Mostly dry van, about two years on reefer.
- AI agentThat fits well. Do you have winter highway experience through northwestern Ontario?
- CustomerYeah, I ran the 17 for three winters.
- AI agentGreat. Karen does road tests Tuesday at 9 or Wednesday at 1 at the yard on Brookside. Which works? Bring your licence and a recent abstract.
After the call: Karen sees a road test Tuesday at 9 with "Class 1, 6 years, 2 reefer, three winters on the 17" on the applicant's file, and the driver has a text with the address and what to bring.

Questions
Does it decide who gets hired?
No. It asks your questions and books the next step. Your recruiter decides.
Can it talk about pay?
Only in the words your recruiter gives it, such as the rate per kilometre or the hourly rate on the posting. It never promises more.
What about owner-operators?
It asks the questions you set for them, truck year, authority and insurance, and sends them to the person who signs owner-operators.
Does it work in Punjabi or French?
Yes, and many other languages. It asks before switching.
