Night-before reminders that free up Friday chairs
A no-show on a Friday at 6 is a chair nobody can fill. The night before, every booked client gets a reminder. Anyone who can't make it moves on the spot, and the chair goes back to the bench.
A booked cut tomorrow, or a client who hasn't shown ten minutes after his time.
Reminds, takes the yes or the move, and calls a no-show once with a new time.
Fewer empty chairs, and openings back in the walk-in queue early enough to use.
How it works
- Reminds the night before
A text with the barber, time and address. A client who doesn't reply to a peak-hour booking gets a short call.
- Moves on the spot
"Can't do tomorrow" gets two new times with the same barber, and the old slot opens right away.
- Frees the chair for walk-ins
An opened slot goes into the walk-in queue so the barber cuts someone off the bench instead of sitting.
- Checks on no-shows
Ten minutes past his time, a short "still coming?" text. If he's not, a new time, no guilt.
- Notes repeat misses
Clients who miss more than the number you set are flagged for the owner, under your deposit or no-show rules.
Example call
- AI agentHey Andre, it's Emma from Sharp Corners. Quick reminder, you're with Dev tomorrow at 6 for a fade. Still good?
- CustomerAh, I've got a work thing. Can I do Saturday?
- AI agentDev has Saturday at 11:40 or 2:10. Which one?
- Customer11:40.
- AI agentYou're moved to Saturday at 11:40 with Dev. I'll text you the new time. See you then.
After the call: Andre's cut moves to Saturday 11:40, Dev's Friday 6:00 opens and goes to the walk-in queue, and Dev cuts a walk-in at 6 instead of waiting.

Questions
Call or text?
Text by default. You can have it call for peak Friday and Saturday spots when there's no reply by a set time.
Will it charge a no-show fee?
It tells the client your rule and notes the miss. Any fee is charged by your shop or your booking app, the way you have it set.
What does a no-show hear?
A short check-in and two new times. Nobody gets a lecture.
Hear it on your phone
Request a demo call and the agent phones you, set up for barbershops like yours.
