Laser and skin series spaced to your protocol
A laser package only works when the sessions land at the right spacing. The agent checks when the last session was, books the next one in the window your protocol sets, and calls when a client drifts.
A session in a series is due, a client calls to book the next one, or a package has gone quiet.
Checks the last session date, books inside your spacing window, calls clients who haven't booked.
Series kept on protocol, and packages finished instead of abandoned.
How it works
- Knows the series
Which package the client bought, how many sessions are done and left, and the spacing your protocol sets for that treatment and area.
- Books inside the window
Six weeks for underarm laser, four for microneedling, whatever your protocol says. It won't book too early, and flags anything too late for the technician.
- Calls when it's due
Clients with no next session booked are called as the window opens, with their technician's openings.
- Pairs prep with the booking
Every session booked gets the prep text and a prep call if your rules want one.
- Reports progress
The coordinator sees each client's series: sessions done, booked and overdue.
Example call
- AI agentHi Maya, it's Emma from Lumen Skin Clinic. Your fourth underarm laser session is coming due. Kendra has your six-week window opening next week. Want to book it?
- CustomerYes, I was going to call.
- AI agentKendra has Wednesday the 12th at 5:10 or Friday the 14th at 9:40.
- CustomerWednesday at 5:10.
- AI agentBooked. That leaves four in your package. Would you like me to book those too, six weeks apart?
- CustomerSure, let's do it.
- AI agentDone. You'll get the dates and the prep reminder by text, same as before: shave the night before, no sun on the area.
After the call: Maya's series shows session four on the 12th and sessions five to eight booked six weeks apart with Kendra, each with a prep text scheduled.
What your team gets
- Every series session booked inside your spacing window
- The rest of a package booked through on one call
- Calls to clients whose next session is due
- Prep texts attached to every session
- A series progress view for the coordinator
Questions
What if a client wants a session sooner?
It explains the spacing your clinic uses and books inside it. If she presses, the technician is asked to call.
What if a session is missed?
It calls to rebook as soon as possible, and tells the technician if the gap is now longer than your protocol.
Does it know how many sessions are left?
Yes. It reads the package from the client's file and says the count back to her.
