Fill reminders at two to three weeks
Acrylic and gel extension clients need a fill every two to three weeks. The ones who didn't prebook get a call when it's due, with their own technician, before they walk into the salon by their office.
A client with a set on, no booking ahead, at the fill interval for that service.
Calls or texts with her usual fill and technician, books it, prebooks the next.
Fill clients back on the books, and fewer sets soaked off at another salon.
How it works
- Builds the list
Clients with a full set or fill on their last visit and nothing booked ahead, at the interval you set: two weeks for gel extensions, three for acrylic.
- Reaches out
A text first, then a short call for clients who don't reply. It names her technician and her usual service.
- Offers her technician
Two times with the technician who did her last fill. If that technician is away, the next opening with another.
- Books and prebooks
The fill, plus the one after if she'd like, so she's on a rotation without calling.
- Respects "taking a break"
A client soaking off for the summer is asked when to check in, and a client who says stop isn't contacted again.

Questions
Call or text?
Text first by default. A call follows only if she hasn't replied and you've chosen that.
Does it work for gel manicures too?
Yes. You set an interval for each service, such as three weeks for a gel manicure.
Will it call clients who already booked?
No. It checks for a future booking before it reaches out.
